I just got full highlights with Jessica, and she nailed it first time. Very excited to rid myself of brassy hair. Very thorough, friendly, and absolutely wonderful care! Radiating!! Totally recommend her!
I'm giving this a four because there is this one lady there at the check out *don't know the name.* and we put the stuff we want at the table and she's like "cOuLD u MoVE tHe StUFf uP pLEasE?" and I just get so annoyed of it. it's right by her. She can reach it but she just doesn't want to.
I went into Ulta today to pick out some makeup to put in my wife's stocking. As soon as I entered, I was super confused and lost. An associate saw that I needed help and contacted "Diana" or "Diane". Diana was super helpful and knowledgeable with what little I knew about what my wife uses. I left the store very happy and satisfied. Thank you for everything!
