If I call for a prescription refill or for a referral, it's usually handled within 24 hours. When showing up for an appointment I've never waited more then 10 minutes to be called back. Dr. Kado herself is wonderful, very thorough and takes as much time as you need to answer your questions. I never feel rushed .“
