He also agreed to climb on the roof to properly fix the vent, and he was able to remove the grill that was full of lint and was blocking the air from the dryer. “Friendly office staff when I called for a same-day appointment when my boiler went out. They were able to have someone to my home within three hours. The issue was diagnosed within five minutes and the tech went to find the appropriate part to make the repair. He was back within ten minutes and it only took another ten minutes to make the repair. Fantastic price for what I would consider an emergency appointment. And the tech clearly understood boilers well. This is my third home with a boiler and I’ve never seen someone diagnosis an issue on an old boiler so quickly. I’m newer to the area and this first impression ensures they’ll be my first call for another repair or eventual replacement.“
