Shoutout Brandi O she does my hair right every single time. They need to give her a raise and more time per haircut. She pays attention to the details very well so the cut always goes a little long leaving the next costumer weighting. This is not her fault as she should have longer appointments scheduled by Floyd's.
We were customers of the Troy location. We loved that bldg. The inside had taller ceilings and was about double the size of this location. The parking was also super easy. Unfortunately they closed and combined with this Birmingham location. Parking is a bit of a hassle. Especially if you come out at a busy time. Youll probably need to park behind the store.. The bldg itself is ok but its just not as amazing as Troy was. Not as much room for posters on the walls, etc. They still play great music though. Chelle did an AMAZING job! Incredibly close attention to detail she took her time to make sure it looked perfect! So relaxing, definitely recommend her! AND the shoulder massage was legit!! 11/10 job! Thanks Chelle :)
