Honestly it’s been a challenging experience. The receptionists are hit or miss- almost everyone acts annoyed of you being there and makes you feel very uncomfortable. The first time I went I felt rushed and that my needs were not properly cared for, so much so that I had to schedule another appointment to try to determine what’s going on with my eyes. The assistants in the optical room are also robotic and insensitive, with the exception of the contact lens fitting team. My experience at Clavenna with Dr. Diskin was truly exceptional. I reached out for help due to blurriness in my right eye, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have received Dr. Diskin's care. Great experience from the front desk staff to the dr’s. I saw Dr. Diskin who was very knowledgeable and explained everything providing me helpful tips. Iv’e referred 3 other people and they all love him as well.
