In a very short time Dr Mazukie was able to discover not only an unusual intestinal problem but also a thyroid issue. “Above and beyond! If they treat their patients half as good as a stranger with a found cat than you are in great hands. We found ourselves in quite the predicament with a random cat, who wandered into our home, obviously missing her family. We called local veterinarian offices that happen to be closed on Wednesdays and then animal control in Hazel Park was unavailable. This office stepped up to the plate and helped me get this kitty scanned for a microchip! They even got me a cardboard carrier, so she just wasn’t a free range kitty in my car. Luckily, this beautiful cat was micro chipped and because of the effort this veterinarian team put in, we were able to reunite this cat with her mother. Thank you again for helping this awesome cat get home!!!“

“I started coming here mid pandemic when my boy had to have a post emergency follow up. Being at the worst possible time our regular vet couldn't see him for weeks. CC squeezed us in and we're super caring. Now I've been happy with them since, but last November we had a rough go and had to put my fairly young cat down. The staff was so supportive and kind even hugging me, at the time I got a letter with her paw print stamped inside which was so touching. It's now February and I got a letter in the mail today from an animal veterinary research organization telling me that CC made a donation in my girl's name. They didn't tell me they were going to do that and I found it extremely touching that they did this.“

“Troy and Heights Animal is Awesome. Very reasonable prices and extremely clean facility. I was able to place an appointment online and be seen by the veterinarian within 48 hours. The vet and staff were knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. Because life is what it is our FurBaby did not respond well to any medication for her asthma. We decided it was time to release her from this worldly body. The office staff had set up a quiet room with tissues and other comforts to ease the pain of her passing. I am very grateful that we found this place. Days like today are difficult. To surrender is difficult. The compassionate and kind professionals in this office ensured our pets’ safe passage from this world while easing my and my families pain. Thank you for that.
