Everything about this practice is exceptional. The front desk staff is always helpful and NICE! The billing department actually answers your questions and never makes you feel like it’s an inconvenience to follow up on an invoice.(The pay online feature is awesome too. Works perfectly with our HSA card.) Best of all is Alex McGovern. She has been incredible helping our daughter navigate through some skin challenges. She has been an advocate, a source of positivity, and has included her in the decision-making. Highly recommend!
