“This 5-star review is both for Hamasat (Dr. Geddaf Dam), who is not only a top expert in her field but also incredibly sweet, and for my hygienist Lauren Montana. I'll talk about Lauren mainly because I don't think hygienists generally get the appreciation they deserve for their skills. Lauren has been cleaning my teeth for over 11 years, since even before Hamasat bought the practice. What makes Lauren great is not just that she is gentle and does a great job with cleanings, but takes her job as an educator seriously. My home care of my teeth has improved tremendously under her guidance and even though I needed several fillings in my 20s, I haven't had any new cavities since going to this team except for replacing an old filling that was wearing out. She also is so warm and lovely and I'm always glad to see her.When I did need more restorative work I was so glad to be in Hamasat's care. She trained in Switzerland and has credentials to be taken seriously. She is thoughtful about the materials she uses--only the best. She has a 'conservative' approach to teeth, in the sense of always trying to conserve as much of the tooth as possible while keeping it healthy. I feel very lucky to have found this practice, and even kept going there for 6 years after I moved over an hour away to Rhode Island because I didn't think I'd be able to find someone as good. Now I've moved to Australia but maybe I'll keep going there when I'm back in the country!“

“I have a very irrational fear of the dentist. It’s always been difficult for me to be comfortable in a dental office and chair due to this. Due to my anxieties it had been an unbelievably long time since I’d been in to see a Dentist(8 years). Over the past year I knew I really needed to figure it out and find a practice and bite the bullet. The staff at Dr. Lally’s office were incredibly kind and reassuring from the moment I came in(I was embarrassed how long it had been). Engaging in casual conversation and genuine interest, I have been able to get to know the staff and them to know me. Getting fillings is terrifying for me and especially having needles in my mouth. Q, the dental assist who was aiding Dr. Dautaj, held my hand and rubbed my forehead to help ease the anxiety and help me relax. It was one of the most kind gestures I have ever experienced. “The staff is so warm and welcoming to everyone who walks in the door and if Dr. Metri is between patients he always says hello with a big smile. The technical staff do their jobs professionally and gently, always checking if the patient is doing well or needs anything. When they have completed their tasks, Dr. Metri comes in to check the work they did and discuss anything he or they may have found or anticipate may occur. He is personable, gentle and professional when I am in his chair and he has to fix a filing or replace a crown. He puts me at ease and I know my teeth and their care are being well looked after.
