Josh was great—detail oriented, careful, and efficient. He explained what was needed and help me with garbage disposal installation, and plumbing maintenance. Scheduling was efficient and on time. Highly recommended.
With my wife pregnant and due at any moment, our heat suddenly stopped working at our home. Tim and Joey were sent over first thing the next morning to fix the issue. They ended up doing more than they needed to by updating our Navian system with new parts at no charge. These guys did a great job and walked me through everything I needed to know!
Called for intermittent power failures on a Navien tankless hot water heater. The plumber/technician Josh was courteous. thorough and completed the job in a timely manner. He took the time to explain thework needed clearly and always gave an accurate time frame for each step in the process that would impact the residents. Was very glad I called Pann Home Services.
