Highly recommend HOTWORX. My cardio routine was not delivering results. 30-45 mins of HOTWORX HIIT (I mainly bike) = great results w/o huge time commitment. Scheduling is easy w new app. I workout in early AM—plenty of spots.

Had an amazing workout last night for the first time at HotWorx. I tried out Cycle and Yoga and I sweat my booty off and LOVED it!!! It was perfect for post Thanksgiving weekend to detox!!! Would highly recommend.

I absolutely love HOTWORX in Leawood. Jeana leads an awesome staff that does an amazing job taking care of all the clients. The studios are well taken care of and the entire place is spotless and always in order. What’s not to love about being able to go and get after a good workout 24 hours a day whether it’s Yoga, Pilates, Biking, Lifting, or any of the other awesome workouts that are offered here. You should definitely check this place out!
