I absolutely enjoy and look forward to my yoga practice at Y6 Oak Park. I particularly love Hot Yoga. The instructors are amazing and the studio overall is bright and inviting! Love, Love, Love this studio!

I'm so glad I decided to try this Yoga studio. It's super clean, not over packed and there is a diverse clientele. I appreciate that. I also feel very welcome. I love it here. I was ready to start my hot yoga practice again.

Y6 Oak Park is my happy place. Literally. I head over to the studio nearly daily. If I miss a class - my kids and husband notice! They have gotten used to me being the best I can be when I am breathing and flowing with purpose.

We're located in Downtown Oak Park just steps away from the historic Lake Street movie theater, on the ground floor of the Albion apartment building. Convenient parking is located at the Lake and Forest garage and is free for the first 60 minutes.
