He did a thorough diagnostic, and found the heating element that defrosts the cooling coils had failed, and the coils were covered in a block of ice. He had to travel to two different suppliers to get the parts, spent over five hours total and also did a cleaning of the exchange coils under the case. The 16-year-old refrigerator is running like new, and the cost was much less than we expected. Best service!“

When I called the person who answered couldn't have been more helpful. He walked me through what to try myself first before scheduling an in-person service call, and it worked! The computer technicians provided very clear instructions. Instructions were very simple and language or communicaitons were concise and to the point.
