We took samples of the carpet we bought to other vendors to compare and were assured that it was very good quality. That made us more confident of the decision. Installation day came and we just sat while installers did all the heavy moving and installing. It took them the whole day to complete the job and they worked their butts off. They disassembled beds and furniture and put everything back the way they found it. We were more than pleased with the whole project and the quality of the carpet and installation. This time we needed to install a carpet runner on our main staircase since the wood stairs were way to slippery for us and our aging dogs. There is a transition strip between the kitchen and the living room, where the floor is in fine shape, so we didn't want to refinish the entire level. “Daniel @Precise restorations did amazing job installing new windows in my kitchen. I have had other installs done previously that were done from the outside. Daniel installed from the inside. I was distressed because there was Touchup of the window sill paint needed with the work being down this way. Daniel was very responsive and came out and touched up the window paint for me. Apparently this is not an unusual thing. I greatly appreciate it prompt response and now my windows look amazing.
