They made a duplicate key, I brought it home and - it did not work.I brought the key back to the store, told the counter person that the key did not work, and they made another for me. “Bottom line - keys were mailed out and delivered and they unlocked the lock. But I had to brush metal shavings off each of the 3 keys that I ordered. Glad I did not insert them into the keyhole right away where they can lodge in the lock. Glad the shavings went to the garbage instead of my newly refinished wood floors where they can scratch the floor or worse yet my baby’s crawling hands and knees.“

“My keys did not work at first they were full of burrs and very sharpI bought a wire brush and cleaned them up until I was able to put them into the lock and use them. I even paid the extra to have that done. My money was refunded to me. I will use this service again as to I believe the machine just needs an adjustment.“
