We have been going to a major pet supply store for years for our pups grooming and in the last year they have become flaky on us with appointments and even charging us more since our pup was diagnosed with a mild heart murmur. Enter Magic Scissors where they understood our situation and was able to schedule our pup within the same week. We won’t be going back to that major pet supply store. We will be coming back to Magic Scissors.“

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The Vet gave our dog a thorough check-up and made some useful recommendations. The pricing also seemed very fair. “I used to work as a receptionist for a dog daycare, so I've had to talk to different vets all the time all over Chicago. Now, no longer a receptionist and I have my own puppy; Preiser was one of my top 3 to go to. I HIGHLY recommend, they have a wonderful staff and receptionists. The nurses are so kind, and treated my puppy with so much love. Like, I'm pretty sure my dog loves the vet now. They helped refer me to a specialist and helped me make sure she got the best care. Pricing wasn't terrible at all. The doctor called me personally to discuss my dog which I thought was really thoughtful. Also the lobby is so cute, and welcoming. Sometimes lobbies at vets can be rough, like they can smell, be dirty, have strange colors, and have uncomfortable chairs... but not here. It's so cute and cozy, the sun shines in, there are magazines, comfy sheets, and so much space if you have an uneasy or aggressive pet that needs space from other pets. Also I have to point out that all the plants have their own names it's adorable“

“I've been going to Furology for about the last 7 months and have been happy with it. The staff (Analyse and Jeremy have done our grooms) are friendly and communicate how my dog did with each groom and offer suggestions for between grooms and anything they see that could be a health concern. Grooms are done in a visible area and my dog looks great when she comes out.“

“I think this is one of the best ideas that I've come across. Kudos to the owner for putting this together. So much Jackson is a self-wash station for your dog you would walk in there are three cleaning areas two for large dogs one for a small dog. You load your dog into the bathtub close the door secure them by the leash then just like a self wash car wash you would choose to turn on the water then if you need to switch it to shampoo or conditioner you just move the dial. I recommend bringing your own dog shampoo and conditioner as well as a towel. So it's $15 for 15 minutes. Quick tip you can use the full 15 minutes and then you get two minutes to disinfect the dog tub for free afterwards. The facility is open to 10:00 p.m. which is amazing. There is a huge parking lot so it's very convenient.“
