Got my nails done here for homecoming, they did really well and I love the end product!

Very bad experience. They never keep their appointment time. No matter if I come early or late, they keep me waiting 30-45 minutes. Always have an excuse. They even send appointment confirmations but are unable to keep up their end. Work was decent.Service: Manicure

I think some of the negative reviews on here are only because their parents didn’t teach them any manners or you can’t always get what you want. I’ve been coming here since they pretty much open and I have had their best and even their worst but never had the need to express my emotions on a review. However I do need you all to see how these negative reviews effect one of the cleanest and best salons around. They will stay open late just to accommodate your schedule.. and since I come from Chicago that means a lot! They have always provided the best of the best services.
