The sauna itself is an amazing experience and unlike a traditional sauna in that the sauna's infrared rays painlessly penetrate the skin providing healing and relaxation. Sauna sessions are available in either a 20 or 30 minute duration. You can't go wrong with either duration, as both will leave you feeling rejuvenated and invigorated. Kerry is very flexible in scheduling follow up visits and visit package plans are available, making for a great value. In addition to the saunas, skin care services are offered and a variety of supplements and healthy drinks are available for purchase as well as a 10 day detox program.
