Tom, the owner, came to our home surveyed the job and was back in no time with a very reasonable price based on everything that we wanted. He worked with us every step of the way in choosing all of the fixtures and materials needed to complete the project.HMI contractors are very professional and very neat with their work. They are quick to identify mistakes and how to fix them. They made sure to correct every mistake the original builders hid behind the walls and underneath floorboards. They are also very thorough in making sure everything is exactly as you want it- often asking you questions that you wouldn't even think to ask. Unlike some contractors, HMI is not pushy when it comes to where you purchase the materials and supplies needed to complete your project which can be off putting for some.We are extremely happy with the quality of work done by Tom, Scott, Paul and Josh. In regards to the renovation, they did there best to not interfere with us and keep everything as neat as possible as we were still living in the house during the renovation.
