The time range they gave when he would come out was accurate, and I liked how he called a half hour beforehand. He was also time-efficient-- he was done in the time I expected him to be done, and payment was easy. He provided an itemized receipt e-mailed to me which I also liked. He also gave some maintenance tips for the future. The work was a little on the pricier side but the quality of it was great. “I have nothing but good things to say about HWHR Chicago. My water heater unexpectedly starting making horrific noises on a weekend in the middle of the night. I called HWHR the very next morning. Jim was lightning fast in responding to me. Not even two days later, Jim and team were able to come out and replace my heater before something went wrong.
