Velona is simply amazing. They care about you and your progress so much and you never feel like they're just doing their jobs but instead they're going that extra mile and trying to establish a human connection. I have never been to physical therapy before but I think since going to Velona my standards are very high. I've worked with both Dr. Mimee and Chris and both are incredible people and amazing PTs. Highly recommend!

The team at Velona is one of the kindest, most thoughtful group of providers I have had the opportunity to work with. Coming from experiences with high volume PT clinics who seemed to boot you out the door as soon as you reported a reduction in pain, this practice felt like a breath of fresh air. Dr CJ, Chris, & Dr Lauren have all been incredibly supportive of my healing process. My 17 year old daughter began seeing Dr. CJ Mimee over the summer for a cross-country related knee injury. We cannot say enough good things about Dr. CJ and her practice! She is incredibly knowledgeable, and takes a multifaceted approach to helping her patients with their “projects.” She is able to identify the problem and then explore root causes in other parts of the body - an approach that has been incredibly successful for my daughter.
