The keyboard on my computer was not working. They ordered another but then found that before putting in a new one the original keyboard began to work. They did not charge me anything.

Very honest crew working here. They will let you know upfront the expected costs of repair versus grey market replacements. They also let me know in advance if they could fix my system without replacing any parts first.
