This review is for Trager Method work by Roger Hughes. I have fibromyalgia triggered after a necessary spinal fusion surgery in 2015. I was quite debilitated by the pain syndrome, and had over a few years a habit of tension due to unconscious "bracing" from the pain (creating more pain), and it was my work with Roger and Trager method that helped me learn address the muscle tension that had fed so much into my pain. My practitioner Cindy was amazing and I feel renewed after my session with her! And the owner Bob was really kind and welcoming when I arrived. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
