I’ve attended a series of classes at Ritual Hot Yoga and been a member for almost one year. I love all the instructors at Ritual Hot Yoga. Each one brings a unique energy to their classes, yet all share a deep knowledge of yoga and a genuine passion for teaching.In addition, I can confidently say that it has been a life-changing experience. Since joining Ritual Hot Yoga, I have noticed significant improvements in my flexibility and mental clarity. The combination of heat and mindful movement has helped me to release tension and stress, leaving me feeling more balanced and rejuvenated.Namaste!

Ritual Hot Yoga has been one of the best decisions I have ever made for not only my physical health, but also my mental health. Everyone here (and the instructors that have moved to Wicker) are beyond amazing at what they do, but they are also some of the kindest humans you will meet. You truly feel welcome here, no matter your level, in all ways possible. They offer a variety of classes with plenty of instructors that will take you through their unique flows and stretches. I highly recommend Ritual Hot Yoga - namaste!

Such a welcoming place and staff! I was a little nervous coming to my first class because I've never been there nor have I ever taken a hot yin class before. But glad I really got a chance to try the studio as well as the class! Not only is the studio, beautiful, full of amenities, but everyone is really nice, and I'm not only talking about the staff, but everyone in the class were really nice and helpful. The staff will walk you through the studio, how to check in and class flows.. love that they have showers. The location is really easily assessable to transportation. You have to be patient in between classes because the space is medium sized and as classes let out or going into class, there's a bit of traffic. But than that, I think you enjoy taking any other classes atthe Studio.
