Jorge did a great job today! He was on time, walked me through each stage of the job, charged exactly what was quoted. I had the hose on my dishwasher replaced which will save me from having to buy a new one! WIN-WIN!
Right Away is an outstanding professional company. It is evident that they take pride in their work. And there is always a lovely REAL person to answer their phone that truly cares about the client. It's not easy to find such people and a great company these days. It's one in just a few like this. I highly recommend them.
This is the second time I've used Right Away Plumbing and George to handle issues in my apartment- first to repair some toilets where the water feeds got clogged and second to connect an ice maker in a new-ish refrigerator. Their service is great - fast, reliable, courteous. George is a really nice guy, very informative as he does his work and really helpful when he's done about what NOT to do to make things go bad again! This outfit will be my go-to plumbing service forever. I highly recommend.
