I've been visiting Dr. Lay for chiropractic treatments, cupping, and acupuncture to help with my lower back issues stemming from two bulging discs. Her expertise has dramatically reduced my pain and improved my quality of life, alongside my regular exercise routine. The staff, including Em at the front desk and Dr. Rachel, who occasionally assists with adjustments, are welcoming and highly competent. I highly recommend Dr. Lay's practice for anyone in need of chiropractic care.

I recently saw Dr. Lay for a chiropractic visit as well as a channeled healing session. My session with her was incredible. She provided gentle and compassionate care and helped guide me on actionable steps to achieve better health and healing. I can't wait for my next session!

Not to be hyperbolic, but this is my favorite place to be. I leave feeling physically and emotionally energized. Dr. Lay is so knowledgeable and gentle and Em will make you feel like you belong there. They deserve even more than 5 stars.
