A family friend recommended Howard and Redstone Builders to me. I was extremely happy with the recommendation and the work that was done; Howard was easy to work with - he surveyed the damage (roof leak that led to ceiling damage resulting in drywall replacement/painting), offered a quote, and then made scheduling the work easy. The work that was done looks great; they even fixed an additional spot on my ceiling that I wasn't expecting. I would highly recommend Howard and Redstone Builders and will certainly consider him for any future repair or renovation needs.

Howard and Redstone Builders were a pleasure to work with when we had a relatively small project - some changes to light fixtures and ceiling work - that needed to get done. Howard was great to work with, communicative and visited on multiple occasions to understand the project and ensure the work looked good - which it did. The team that completed our project were careful and thorough in their work, responsive and did a fantastic job. We were very happy with Redstone Builders and now know who to go to for future work - and who you should turn to, too!

We enjoyed working with Howard and Redstone Builders. We did a huge renovation of our house in 2020. Three sides of the exterior of the house were completely redone, and inside we gutted the top floor (bedrooms/bathrooms), did a full kitchen remodel, downstairs family room/mudroom remodel which also included moving one of the interior stairways. They also built a new exterior porch off the kitchen and demo'ed/rebuilt the garage with a rooftop deck. We started just before Covid so our timeline was extended which was understandable, given the circumstances. We were able to move back into the house before it was completely done and Howard worked with us to make sure we could live through the remaining work. Budget-wise, we were pretty close. There was a surprise with our mudroom, there was no foundation underneath so we had to address that at extra cost, but that wasn't Redstone's fault. Howard worked closely with our architect to come up with a solution for that area that was manageable for us. I know Howard was working hard to keep everything close to our original cost and I think they did a very good job of that overall. I appreciated that Howard was available to talk via phone and kept me posted on things frequently via text, which was great because we were living out of the area for part of the year, so we couldn't see progress in person for certain periods of time. Overall, I would recommend working with them. He did a great job and we are enjoying our "new" house!
