These guys are looking to do good work and receive repeat business. Were fair and transparent on pricing. Did a great job. Were able to do the job the next day and I found them very easy to work with. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. Highly recommend.

Brought a MCM upholstered chair here to be cleaned after a disastrous attempt to clean it myself. (Turns out the cleaning solution I used was too basic and reacted chemically with the upholstery to turn an unpleasant brown color - who knew? Looked like a urine stain, it was SO BAD.) Carl and his team treated it and it looks almost as good as new. I am immensely grateful, as it’s part of a one-of-a-kind MCM furniture set and there was no way to match the upholstery. Had I not found Carl and personal touch, I would have had to reupholster the whole set for mucho dinero. Thanks, Carl! ? These guys are the best. Carl and his team always show up quickly and know how to knock out stains. I have two little toddlers and they left their mark in almost every room. He stopped went through the whole house and fixed every stain! Highly recommend!Services: Carpet steam cleaning
