This company n its service guys are probably the most professional service people Ive experienced in I’d say the 30 plus years I’ve been a homeowner. So great to have wonderful black men servicing their community with pride, dignity and knowledgeable service.

My furnace wouldn’t stay on after it reached the set temperature for heat. This happened before so I had it cleaned and it worked perfectly after that. The same issue began to happen again so I had a company come out to clean it. Within 5 minutes he told me I needed a new furnace and cleaning it wouldn’t make a difference! I asked this company to at least attempt the cleaning first but he refused and quoted me a price of $8,000 for a furnace. I called Mid City to get an 2nd opinion and they came out the same day I called. The technicians worked for about 20-30 minutes (not a quick 5 minute diagnosis) and told me that I just needed a cleaning. They cleaned...read full review
