The asphalt driveway is approximately 2500 ft.². It is a shared driveway that looks like a Y. Juan was quick to respond to my inquiry and came out quickly and gave an estimate. The estimate broke down what he would do and the square footage is applying to each property of the shared driveway. For the actual job, Juan arrived on time, did very good prep, and completed the job thoroughly and efficiently. He filled cracks that needed to be filled and gave a comprehensive topcoat and mixed in black beauty abrasives. I have been using Juan to seal coat my driveway for years, most recently June 2, 2002. Juan is a pleasure to deal with. He can be reached by phone, text or email. Most important for a homeowner, he is extremely reliable and responsible. He is prompt with his estimates, he comes when he says he will come, and if there are delays, such as weather, he promptly contacts you and reschedules. His prices are very reasonable and his work is meticulous. I highly recommend him.
