18... That is the number of days that it took to get from the very first email regarding current (lower) rates to the closing of my refi. That is insanely fast, esspecially for someone who has a complex business structure. Joe and his team heard me when I said I needed to close the refi before the end of the year and they made it happen. They are excellent at what they do and a pleasure to work with. It was great working with Joe on my last deal. Joe started off by beating the previous rate my client was provided by other lenders. He was very helpful throughout the deal process as we changed a few of the key deal factors he was able to provide quick responses and well thought out answers to the questions we had.
