Great facility. Clean and efficient. I've had multiple cats taken care of here. When I had to put my kitty down they handled it very sensitively and gave me the time I needed to say goodbye.

I had an excellent experience bringing my small dog to BAH. The facility was clean and well organized, and upon arrival he got weighed easily and put into an exam room directly. The staff LOVED meeting my dog and did a great job putting him at ease. The medical advice we received, worked. I would recommend this facility to all Edgewater and Rogers Park pet parents.

Both of my cats are very stressed when they go to the vets. It is very nice to have someone very caring like Marlicia to take care of them and to do so timely so they are not left sitting in a strange environment. Dr. Popp was very efficient and explained all issues with both my cats in an easy understandable way and professional manner. She followed up quickly with test results and recommendations
