Marlene the manager, and Courtney the sales associate were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with getting me everything I needed. The products they recommended have been exactly what I needed in my skincare routine. They were not only very helpful, but their personalities really warmed up my day. The hospitality was top notch and exactly what you would hope for when you are shopping. You can tell these women are very passionate about their job in beauty and assisting others in accessing their beauty needs. Renaja, the Assistant Manager at Blue Mercury was amazing. I met her months ago. She treats every customer warmly. Even though I came in late one night, she didn't rush me. She gave honest opinions and recommendations. She also showed me comparable products when asked. When I make my next purchase there, it will be because of my experience with her. She deserves a raise and praise.

I live closer to other Bluemercury locations but this location is my favorite in Chicago. The sales rep Jackie is wonderful. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect product for my needs. Keep up the great work!
