Above and beyond in customer service! We had only access to lake water at our house due to a water main leak, and Brian went and got a filter to make sure it was adequate for cleaning the carpets- super knowledgeable and informative on carpet type and care instructions, how to handle spills, etc. We would highly recommend !Service: General carpet cleaning
