Wonderful company reasonably priced and extremely prompt.My last technician installed a septic pump that was way too small for the application causing me to get a new pump just five years later this company installed the correct size for my needs. They came right away without delay, communicated well, serviced and replaced immediately, and the price was extremely fair. This is hard to find.

We had an urgent plumbing situation and called around a few places. Case plumbing was the first to answer and added on our house as a stop at the end of his day on his was home! We were so grateful for the last minute booking, attention to detail and care that Case plumbing took to help our situation! Will definitely recommend their services to others!

We had a plugged toilet. I called Covenant and their prices seemed quite high($250 dollar minimum) AND they charge $50 every 15 minutes after the first hour. I decided to call around. Thank god I did.Case(Chris?) said they could have someone out the same day in the afternoon. Tyler and his apprentice were on time. Both were professional and personable. They told me they don't do a lot of unplugging toilets because they are so busy with other work, but they will try to fit in these jobs when they can. They unplugged it in 15 minutes and took the time to run a snake down the septic line. They also found some roots. It's good to be informed, so now we can address that later.They...read full review
