“I have lived at my home that KWI manages for 4 years. They are easy to deal with, rent is fair. When things brake in the house it gets fixed right away. They also send out the right ppl for the job. Kwi has a Maintenance crew but when it comes to Electrical or plumbing issues they don't hesitate to call professional to fix it.They do one year Inspection and always work with are schedules to make it easy for us. I'm every impressed with this management company.“
