Brought my 2 daughters here (8y & 15y) on our last full vacation day before flying back home. Was skeptical with taking them to a franchise salon but yelp had good reviews so thought I'd give them a try. Was able to get a same day appt. JIN was their stylist. Jin was very patient and listened to how my girls wanted their hair cut. Both girls were pleased with their new hair style. Place is also clean. Front reception staff was also very friendly.
Linda is an amazing stylist. She is great with both women , men's and children's hair. It's been over 20 years since we known of her excellent and consistent hair services.
Cindy at Kapolei took the time and really listened to my preteen grand daughter to give her the look she researched extensively. My grand daughter left so happy! Great care was provided! Cindy thank you for treating my grand child with such attention to detail.
