It was my first time at any EWC. I had moved to Hawaii recently & I needed a new wax tech. I have been going to the same person since I was 18, so I was a bit nervous having to find a new tech for my Brazilians. Kari was highly recommended in their reviews so I booked my appointment with her. She did not disappoint. Great conversation (I didn’t even know we were done), very precise and overall experience is 10/10! Virtually painless & fast. Definitely will be a returning customer. Everyone there was very sweet. I’m usually with Jyniah but I had a last minute schedule change so I ended up with Leah. This girl is awesome we talked the whole time and she did an amazing job on my Brazilian and underarms lol. Fast and easy keep it up girl.
Kauluhinano was awesome! Checking to make sure temperatures are good on different parts of my body. Easy to chat with & very friendly! Made time to add on 2 additional services.
