Christa did a great job today! Not chatty at all (which I love), and greeted nicely as I walked in the door. She just concentrated on doing a quick and professional job. No intrusive questions... just professional, thorough, and quick. A very pleasant demeanor and gentle touch. Thank you!

I come here a lot, but this is probably my first review in a while. Every time I come here for a haircut, the barbers are super friendly and courteous. They remember what I got done last time, and are careful to check if I want the same thing or make any changes. I reserve my spot online at the great clips website by entering the zip code for the location the store is at, and I get a text message about 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. I am seen just on time with my reservation time. I had Mel this time, and she said she has been working there since the store first opened up in 2014. Amazing! Talk about loyalty! She deserves a raise and a special bonus for 8 years of loyalty here! We got to talking story about random things like beaches and camping at Bellows. Next thing I know my hair was done and perfect! Talk about a smooth appointment! The great customer service and atmosphere makes getting a haircut seem like fun rather than like a chore or an errand. Thanks Great Clips Kapolei! Thanks Mel!
