My husband and I met with Jason at Pacific Island Medical this morning for an orientation to a new CPAP for my husband. Jason was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He listened to us, provided options, demonstrated various masks and verified my husband's prescription criteria. When we left, we felt supported and confident that we could use the CPAP correctly, when the disposable parts needed to be replaced, and how often other parts required cleaning. Thank you, Jason, for making our visit stress free, informative and pleasant. I would highly recommend Pacific Island Medical to anyone needing a CPAP, parts, and guidance.

I commute between Honolulu and Long Beach. I've been with PIM since 2014. They've always been very accommodating in sending my supplies where I'll be. I retired from my job as a pilot for United Air in 2020 and didn't think I'd need to see my prescribing Dr. anymore. I was just offered a job and needed the data from my machine. I do very well with airplanes, but not so much with CPAP machines. I thought instead of carrying my machine back and forth, I'd just bring the SD card.DO NOT DO THIS!! I had my Dr. visit and uh oh, only the last data showed up that was on my Hawaii machine, the FAA needs 360 days of data to confirm my usage. I left and immediately drove to PIM. I'm so grateful that I was able to meet with Jessica. I was distraught and sure my blood pressure was soaring. She calmly helped me and explained how to have my wife back in LGB set up a new card. The card arrived, I took it to Jessica and no data. Once again in a calm way she explained what I needed to do. Mahalo Jessica, I thought my dream of this new "hobby job" flying wasn't going to happen. Thanks to you, I'm heading back to take my FAA physical. Awesome service from all, but she was my guardian angel. Can't Thank you enough and my Wife can't either. She was so worried about me she took my machine to a LGB CPAP store. Tim

It can be a little hit or miss with this company. But today a young lady helped me and set up pick up for a product I really needed. She went out of her way and made sure I could get what I needed in the middle of a recall of other equipment and the ongoing COVID situation. She made me feel at home - I lived in Kailua for many years - so I double appreciated my experience!! Thank you PIM
