They advised me to drop it off and they would take a look. After diagnosis, John informed me that the graphic card was failing and recommended against repairing it due to cost-effectiveness. I ended up purchasing a new iMac instead. What impressed me the most was that they didn't charge me for the diagnosis.I truly appreciate their honesty and integrity, and strongly believe that they deserve to be compensated for their service. I would have gladly paid at least $25 or $35 for their expertise. “David is awesome! One of the main reasons why I went with him is because of his responsiveness, and his reviews were good. Then when he told me that he would charge $40 for diagnostics but that he would waive it if we ended up asking him to repair it, I thought that was great. He ended up replacing a bad module in our desktop computer that wouldn't turn on, and in the end he charged us a total of $80 which I was very happy with. Our desktop computer is only two years old, so when it didn't turn on, I was cringed thinking about how much it would cost to fix.
