Hot Yoga By the Sea is a beautiful gem! Nikki and the other teachers are amazing. Every class is a unique experience and there are many different offerings, not just hot yoga. This is my favorite studio !
Hot Yoga by the Sea is my favorite yoga studio! It’s a great way to start my mornings or unwind after a long day at work. The vibe of the studio gives me a feeling of calm and serenity. I took my fiancé to the studio and now he is hooked as well. The classes always are just what we need. It’s clean and cozy and everyone there is so nice. I feel blessed to have found this place that I feel like is my second home.-Heather
I’ve practiced yoga for around 15 years and Niki is by far one of the best teachers I’ve ever had the pleasure of taking class from. She is creative, challenging yet soothing. She always has beautifully crafted intentions to work with and is incredibly personable. Her classes are dynamic and she’s always trying something new! Shes incredibly talented with a wide skill set and brings a lot to the studio! Cannot recommend enough!!
