Love the Stretch and Restore classes with Satchie. I've been searching for a class that provides a good workout at a good pace for me. This class is perfect! Satchie also responds to the needs of the class and adjusts the practice for the day accordingly. Music is perfect - not the stereotypical meditation "stuff" you sometimes get. The room is not heated but open-air so you can still work up a sweat without the overwhelming heat of a heated class. Amazing staff that are super helpful with me getting registered into the classes. I'm excited to have found a perfect spot to practice yoga again. After meeting with the instructors prior to my first class, I feel even more relaxed knowing I can get back on track with so many classes to choose from. They have a variety of classes for anyone un any level of practice.

I recently moved to Honolulu and live in the Hawaii Kai area. Was looking for a yoga studio near me and tried this one after a google and yelp search. Also, you can pay class by class or a bundle-so no upfront commitment required which was a bonus. I have been absolutely thrilled with my experiences here. It's been about 2 months now. I try to go 3 times a week and am so appreciative of my instructors-Satchie, Mia, and Miho. They are all wonderful. Casey is there to greet you and answer any questions.
