Really hard to beat all the advantages of using Success Solutions. 1) communicated quickly and completely with great response times2) Gave accurate estimate of time it would take for repair3) $50 diag fee is removed from cost of repair if you decide to get it done4) They pickup and deliver the equipment back to your locationCan't recommend these guys enough! You can't go wrong with 'em

I sent a request for battery replacement. Chris was accommodating and tried to find a replacement. Unfortunately, no replacement could be found. He attempted to help while others did not respond or did not even try. I will certainly contact him again the next time I need some tech help. Much appreciated for your time, Chris.

I worked with Chris and Jun from Success Solutions to set up the hardware and back-end for our Nextiva Internet Phone system. Everything went smoothly and we are now currently up and running. Jun was very responsive and was able to troubleshoot all of our issues, including complicated interactions with the phone company. Highly recommended!
