Starship Yoga

Visiting a friend in town, I learned of this gem downtown yoga studio and went to class with her; parked right out front. The stretching and strengthening were just what I needed to restore my mind/body connection after a long plane flight. If I were in town longer I would go back for more classes, as the vibe was very friendly and supportive. I really appreciate good music when I exercise, and it was at just the right volume and the sound quality high.   The cleanliness, bathroom/shower, changing room, and yoga equipment were an added bonus.

Love the Saturday morning yin yoga class. I get to stretch all those unused muscles from the busy workweek. It's more stretching over strength type yoga. Eric seems prescient about which poses my body wants!

This studio is an oasis tucked in an alley, providing such a welcoming, intimate (& affordable) space to practice...glad I could find it! I attended 2 classes when in town for work, and plan to regularly attend whenever I'm back next. Such a strong community vibe and amazing teachers. Can't wait to return!
