Phoenix came to the home we were renting and did a phenomenal job. He arrived at the scheduled time, jumped right in, and applied the pretreatment. He even tackled the stairs where the carpet (due to age) had started to pull back from the carpet tacks. He was professional, polite, hardworking, and thorough! The carpets smell and even look better than the day we moved in. So grateful there are passionate individuals out there working to provide an awesome customer/business experience. Highly recommend the company and would use them again.

We were moving out of our apartment and needed to do professional carpet cleaning prior to vacating. We had little less than a month to figure out who to choose but we saw great reviews from Phoenix Cleaning on Yelp and decided to inquire. I got a response from the company within the hour and scheduled a day and time to perform the cleaning. It took about an hour or so to clean the carpets in our 700 square foot apartment and it was quality work! Our carpet was matted and he was able to bring it back to life. Highly recommend for ease of scheduling and cleanliness of carpet afterward
