Parking easy, rates are good. Been coming here for my doctor (when I was a kid) and dentist. At least now they have food in the building and Longs and Daiso is near by to ship as you wait

Parking is a bear on Saturdays. There's a weird parking stall on the Diamond Head, makai corner of the lot where it partially blocks in one of the other stalls. They should fix that. I'd give this parking lot four stars, but that stall is the issue. Thanks!

Every year I have my annual physical and being that the Medical Arts Building has a Diagnostic Laboratory, I come here for my blood test. Near my home I can go to the Kuakini locations or Liliha but I enjoy this location because of convenience. It's no fun to fast for 8 hours so I prefer to get my blood drawn first thing in the morning. Diagnostic Laboratory opens from 7am at this location and the parking lot is EMPTY at this time. Because I can zoom-in and zoom-out, I get the job done within 10mins and the parking attendant here doesn't start until 8am so parking is FREE. I have yet to try Tommy's Coffee Shop as I have read quite a few good reviews on Yelp. Several times I had to come here for other appointments and parking in this lot can be crazy at times. I cannot understand why some stalls are "coned" with no reasoning or signs. It can be frustrating to circle around-and-around until someone pulls out. This building is quite old. The facilities here seem pretty run down. It has the atmosphere of the 70's in my opinion. Reminds me of going to the dentist who I feared as a child. Bad memories... NOTE: Grace period for parking here is ZERO but the rates here are pretty cheap. Within one hour the parking fee is $1. If you go over an hour I was charged $1.50.
