Kimmy was a 1-person and cleaned my 600 sq ft 1-bed unit very thoroughly. Took time to clean all areas. Never felt she tried to hurry up and leave.Kimmy made sure to point out water mineral stain area that was better than pre-clean but not completely gone. She explained how she cleaned, attempted multiple times, and made sure I see the end result. I appreciate the openness and not try to hide it. I understand not everything can be safely cleaned to look like new.Would recommend and use Maid In Oahu again.

Great service from start to finish.Called Maid In Oahu to ask about the online booking cleaning & carpet cleaning services. The receptionist/scheduler was extremely polite as she walked me through the booking process. Once successfully booked online, she reached out to confirm all necessary services were added or removed.Cynthia was the provider for my Clean Out service. As mentioned on the phone call with the scheduler, Cynthia reached out 30min prior to arriving & 30min prior to completion. I was in complete awe as I walked in to the unit.
