I actually drive 30 minutes just to come to this location. Leann is excellent at my short fade haircut, & I’ve been coming here for going on my 2nd year now. When she’s not there, I’ve always received great service from Taylor & the other ladies too.It helps if you go more than one time so they can get use to you, your style & how you like it, just like anywhere. For the price, you can’t beat it. Remember to tip, as this crew works really hard, & it shows. Mahalo!

I took my daughter here to Great Clips about a month ago. Her hair was getting crazy and I just wanted to chop it off. The last time she cut her hair she went to a kids salon that was kind of far from our house. Great Clips is in Hawaii Kai and is right in that center with Costco, Starbucks, and Ross. While we were shopping at Safeway, I made an online reservation for Great Clips. I pretty much selected my time and then booked it. They sent me text alerts when it was getting closer. It was a pretty good system. When we got there, we checked in on a tablet to let them know that we were there. We didn't have to wait a while until a stylist was available. We got a man. Haircut was alright, but it was super rushed. Definitely not done with care or attention to detail. Lady kept telling me what I should do with my hair, but I was clear on what I wanted
