In town for work. Stumbled upon this amazing studio. Great prices. Catherine was so helpful and attentive making sure I was all set to take her 90 min hot yoga class. Will definitely come back!
My friend and I visited the studio in Ewa for a hot yoga session and cold plunged and we loved it! The owner is very kind and welcoming. She was personable and made the booking process easy. This was my first time doing hot yoga and the cold plunge. We loved it so much we went back the next day and took my little cousin with us. She loved it too! The instructor was well experienced and did an amazing job guiding us through the session. She provided some good positive feedback and knew each of us by name. Tried the Hot Yoga class and it was awesome! Our instructor for that day was from Hungary, how cool! Catherine was very informative via text and in-person getting us set up for our class. Loved the challenge and studio space. Will definitely be coming back to try the Pilates and back for more hot yoga.
