“I have been to many doctors thru the last twenty five years. Upon moving to the Panama City area 2 plus years ago I needed to find a primary care physician. I tried them and at first struggled accepting the waits to get an appointment.I tried moving to a Doctors office in town. Which was much much worse and longer wait times.I came back to the clinic when Rhonda Robins came here from wewa.I came back at first because Terry the receptionist was always so kind and caring.Unlike most of the doctors offices here in the area she treated me like a human being and not like cattle being herded in and out.She actually cared and never treated me like a number always like a friend trying to help.But my biggest reason for writing this review is because Rhonda and Sarah both take their time to listen to the symptoms I explain to them and go to extraordinary lengths to doctor me.I have several chronic conditions and was having complications which were hard to diagnose. Rhonda explained to me how the health insurance industry works and has been patiently working me through the system getting some answers that have been elusive for years.I can’t say thank you enough to Terry, Rhonda and Sarah.“
